It’s a simple decision, it just needs to come from your heart. You don’t need anyone’s permission. Nobody needs to be with you. You only need to recognize you cannot save or heal yourself. Here is a simple prayer you can pray. He is already near waiting for your invitation. 

Prayer: Jesus, I ask you into my heart and my life to be my Savior and Lord, forgive my sins and cover my shame, and give me the gift of eternal life. Help me heal in every way possible to do what you created me to do. Amen.
